Location: Sunnyside Kiosk (under LoveHouse)
Type: Casual / seasonal (Summer hours: December & January)

Sunnyside Toasties (our kiosk under LoveHouse) is a breezy, beach‐vibe coffee & snack spot serving surf club goers, locals and holiday makers. We open during December and January so we’re looking for a casual summer barista with personality, energy and a love of buzzing summer mornings to help deliver top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Making killer coffee (and other beverages)

• Serving delicious toasties

• Keeping equipment, work station and service areas clean and tidy

• Assisting with opening/closing

Requirements

• Previous barista experience in a high-volume, fast-moving setting

• A warm, outgoing personality - you’ll be talking to lots of people!

• Excellent attention to detail (we want that coffee pulled right every time)

• Comfortable working irregular hours - early starts, weekends, public holidays and that summer rush

• Strong team-player mindset - in a busy summer environment you’ll need to be flexible and proactive
