LoveHouse is a vibrant, oceanfront restaurant and event space located above Anglesea Beach.
Our menu is Asian‑fusion with a South American twist, built around the kind of dishes you love to share—think bao,
dumplings, crispy cauliflower bites, kingfish and fish parcels.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve drinks in a fast manner.
Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences and menu offerings.
Maintain inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to minimise shortages and ensure uninterrupted service.
Process payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Adhere to all applicable alcohol service regulations and guidelines, ensuring responsible beverage service.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including bar tops, equipment, and glassware.
Requirements
Must be 21 years old or older.
Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy bar or restaurant environment.
Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
