LoveHouse is a vibrant, oceanfront restaurant and event space located above Anglesea Beach.
Our menu is Asian‑fusion with a South American twist, built around the kind of dishes you love to share—think bao,
dumplings, crispy cauliflower bites, kingfish and fish parcels.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks in a fast manner.

  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences and menu offerings.

  • Maintain inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to minimise shortages and ensure uninterrupted service.

  • Process payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.

  • Adhere to all applicable alcohol service regulations and guidelines, ensuring responsible beverage service.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including bar tops, equipment, and glassware.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older.

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy bar or restaurant environment.

  • Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable demeanour.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
