Lovehouse is a vibrant, oceanfront restaurant and event space located above Anglesea Beach.
Our menu is Asian fusion with a South American twist, built around the kind of dishes you love to share — dishes like bao buns,
dumplings, crispy cauliflower bites, kingfish and fish parcels.

Lovehouse has expanded into weddings and we’re on the lookout for experienced, well-presented and high-energy event staff to
help us deliver unforgettable celebrations this wedding season

Season Details

• The wedding season is from September 2026 - April 2027

• You’re required to be available on majority of dates with weddings booked in, nights are essential

• Our summer season is from Christmas to February so there is potential to pick up a lot of extra FOH hours over that period

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and packing down event spaces to match wedding briefs and styling plans

• Assisting with the placement of furniture and décor

• Greeting and taking care of guests throughout the event

• Serving food and drinks with warmth, professionalism, and pace

• Keeping service areas spotless and clean – even when it’s buzzing

• Working collaboratively as part of a passionate team

• Representing Lovehouse with positivity and professionalism
  

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality and/or event experience (ideally weddings or functions)

• A positive, proactive attitude and ability to stay composed under pressure

• A keen eye for detail and ability to follow setup briefs and run sheets precisely

• Strong communication skills and a passion for people

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and late nights

• A valid Victorian RSA certificate is not required but preferred

• Bartending experience desirable but not required
